Sam Rashkin is a chief architect for the Building Technologies Office, U.S. Department of Energy. He's also one of our featured Legends of Home Performance.
Rashkin believes it's an exciting time for the industry. Why? "There's reason for us to be excited from environmental, economic, health perspectives. For the nation, communities, homeowners, and for builders it will be better for business," he says.
