Home Performance Coalition (HPC) Announces the Launch of Home Energy Pros Forum

HPC is proud to announce that the premier online community for the home performance and weatherization industry – the Home Energy Pros Forum – is now live and active.
Home Energy Pros Forum, a division of HPC, is an online community dedicated to amplifying the collective knowledge base of home energy professionals by offering a space for sharing resources, education, and knowledge. Merged from the rich dialogue and assembly of resources that Home Energy Pros provided over the years, along with Home Performance Forum’s deep archive of best practices and thoughtful debate on industry issues, Home Energy Pros Forum has truly become the premier sharing space within the industry.
“By merging these two communities and continuing their great work, we are able to catalog the great discussions of the past and become the gathering place for the information exchanges of tomorrow and beyond,” said Brian T. Castelli, HPC’s President and CEO.
Home Energy Pros Forum offers blogs from industry leaders and peers, an interactive discussion forum, a calendar of upcoming industry events, and a library of resources about home energy efficiency. Open discussions about a wide range of home energy related topics provide members with the ability to connect with other home energy pros and learn from their experience with similar projects.
Visit Home Energy Pros today. You can access the forum directly (www.homeenergypros.org) or click on the link from the HPC website (www.homeperformance.org). Home Energy Pros members can continue to sign in to Home Energy Pros Forum using their existing credentials, and all legacy content will remain in place. Home Performance Forum members are invited to create a new account on the Home Energy Pros Forum. All Home Performance Forum legacy content will be easily accessible from the homepage.
To further the spirit of this online community, Diane Chojnowski will remain the forum’s community manager and moderator. Diane has over 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and business development. Her focus has been in the energy efficiency, art, natural health, and user experience design sectors bringing energy and enthusiasm to client projects. Diane comes to us as a skilled strategist, knowledgeable about integrating social media into successful public relations campaigns. Diane developed and moderated Home Energy Pros from the beginning and is excited about the merger with the Home Performance Forum under HPC's leadership.
HPC is excited to catalog the great discussions of the past and become the gathering place for the information exchanges of tomorrow and beyond. At HPC, we are mindful that collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. There is therefore no endeavor more appropriate to this philosophy than serving as host to our industry’s preeminent online community.
