Training for "Total Comfort" Professionals

The demand for healthy, energy-efficient homes is on the rise. Below we have listed some of the programs that train professionals how to provide comfort for customers, instead of servicing just one system at a time. Although the trainers listed below are organized by region, this does not preclude their having expertise about other regions. In fact, many of them train in other climates on a regular basis.

WEST

Alaska Craftsman Homebuilding Program. Advanced cold-climate energy-efficient building techniques. Also workshops on ventilation, airtightness testing, and marketing. Proctor Engineering Group. Sun Power Consumer Association. Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD)/Ohio Weather-ization Training Center.
